Client Agreement: By booking an appointment, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these terms and conditions, subject to applicable law. A separate informed consent process may be required before treatment.

Booking Policy: All appointments must be booked in advance and may require a deposit to secure your reservation.

Cancellation Policy: A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.

Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Late cancellations and missed appointments may result in deposit forfeiture or a cancellation fee, as disclosed at booking and permitted by applicable law.

Menstrual Periods & Natural Bodily Processes: Menstrual periods and routine natural bodily processes are not considered valid reasons for last-minute cancellations or no-shows. Please plan your appointments accordingly.

Late Arrivals: Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment or rescheduling.

Preparation Requirements: Clients must follow all pre-treatment instructions, including shaving requirements and sun-exposure precautions.

Health Disclosure: Clients must disclose relevant medical conditions, medications, skin sensitivities, pregnancy, recent tanning, or other factors that may affect treatment suitability.

Treatment Safety: We reserve the right to postpone or decline treatment if it is considered unsafe or unsuitable.

Results: Laser hair removal requires multiple sessions, and individual results vary. Complete or permanent hair removal is not guaranteed.

Aftercare: Clients are responsible for following all recommended post-treatment care instructions.

Packages & Promotions: Package expiry, transferability, cancellation, and refund conditions will be communicated before purchase.

Privacy & Confidentiality: Client personal information and health details will be kept confidential and collected, used, stored, and disclosed only as permitted or required by applicable privacy laws.

Client Records: The clinic maintains client records, including consultation forms, health disclosures, treatment history, consent forms, and progress notes, as necessary for safe treatment, recordkeeping, and legal obligations. Access is restricted to authorized personnel. Records will be retained and securely disposed of in accordance with applicable laws and clinic policies.

Photos & Client Feedback: Photos may be taken during or after treatment for progress tracking, treatment assessment, and client feedback purposes. All photos and feedback will remain private and will not be shared publicly, posted on social media, or used for marketing without your explicit consent.
