Simple preparation and gentle aftercare for your facial or skin-care appointment.

01 — Before your session

Tell us which facial you booked and what you would like to focus on.
Share your product routine, allergies, medicines, and recent skin treatments.
Let us know about cold sores, sunburn, irritation, or sensitive areas.
Ask whether exfoliants or retinoids need a pause; do not change prescribed medicines yourself.
Arrive with clean skin where practical and avoid introducing new products just before your visit.

02 — After your session

Use a gentle cleanser and a moisturizer suited to your skin.
Protect exposed skin with broad-spectrum SPF 30+ and avoid tanning.
Do not pick, scrub, or exfoliate skin that feels sensitive.
Follow your facial-specific advice on makeup, active products, heat, and exercise.
Contact us if redness, stinging, or swelling persists or gets worse.
