Before & after your session

Care for blemish-prone skin with a gentle routine around your appointment.

01 — Before your session

  • Tell us which areas concern you and bring details of your current routine.
  • Share all acne medicines and recent treatments, including isotretinoin use.
  • Avoid picking or squeezing blemishes before your visit.
  • Use gentle cleansing; avoid harsh scrubs and last-minute product changes.
  • Ask how your current routine should fit around the planned treatment.

02 — After your session

  • Cleanse gently and pat skin dry rather than scrubbing.
  • Choose non-comedogenic moisturizer and broad-spectrum SPF 30+.
  • Keep hands off blemishes; picking can increase scarring and dark marks.
  • Follow the agreed routine and check before adding exfoliants or new acne products.
  • Contact us about persistent irritation; seek medical care for severe or worsening reactions.
