Before & after your session

Prepare for your laser appointment and care gently for your skin afterwards.

01 — Before your session

Tell us about medicines, recent treatments, tanning, and changes to your skin.
Avoid tanning and self-tanner; protect exposed skin with broad-spectrum SPF 30+.
Do not wax, pluck, or use electrolysis for at least four weeks before laser.
Shave the area the day before, unless your provider gives different instructions.
Arrive with clean skin and confirm that your consultation and patch test are complete.

02 — After your session

Protect treated skin from the sun and continue broad-spectrum SPF 30+.
Use a cool compress for mild discomfort; avoid rubbing or scratching.
Keep cleansing gentle and use only the products recommended for your skin.
Allow treated hairs to shed naturally; follow your provider’s shaving advice.
Contact us about unexpected reactions; seek medical advice for blistering or worsening pain.
